Siltbuster is pleased to announce the 2010 Dates and Venues for our highly successful 2 day training course entitled ‘A Practical Guide to Managing Water Pollution on Construction Sites’.
Course presentation is again led by Jonathan Goldsmith, a leading expert on silt management and water pollution prevention within the construction and environmental remediation industries and the informative relaxed format of the course offers an overview and practical solutions to frequently encountered pollution- related problems faced by the construction industry and includes such subjects as:

- Planning to Prevent Pollution
- Estimating surface water and ground water volumes
- Erosion Control
- Silt Containment
- Organic Pollutants
- Alkaline and acidic waste water
- Metals removal
- Handling and dewatering of sludges….
Also included are practical demonstrations and hands on silt management, water treatment advice and interactive discussion amongst attendees, all within the context of an active construction site.
